5ghz band not detected under AUTO Channel and Band
Model : Archer C20 AC750
Hardware Version : Archer C20 v4 00000004
Firmware Version : 0.9.1 3.16 v0001.0 Build 161130 Rel.68411n
ISP : SITI Broadband/ Indinet
So I bought this new TP Link Archer C20 dual band router and even though the 2.4 Ghz band works fine under Channel and Channel Width set to AUTO, but the 5Ghz band keeps showing on and off when set under AUTO.
I tried Channel 36 and Width to Auto and it seems to affect the download bandwidth.
Tried contacting TP-Link phone support but the the engineers were too busy to take my call and the callback number they provided was switched off.
My region is India. Kindly advise
This router is a replacement unit after the new one I got went kaput within one month of use. The WLAN port went defunct
