I’m resetting my TP-Link N600 router to become an access point only. I could access the admin page on 192.168.1.1 perfectly well and decided to do a factory reset to make a clean start on the reconfiguration. Now I cannot access the admin page. I am connected directly on the LAN port through Ethernet cable. Have tried lots of ideas from previous threads but no luck. Any ideas?

After a factory reset, you need to use the default user-id and password. If that is what you are using, try a factory reset again and also try power off, wait 60 sec, and power on.

You can access admin area login page or credentials are wrong? You should look at router's back, there you can find information about admin area address and credentials, it may be tplinklogin.com
