I have many devices that are not wireless.

Can I connect a multiport hub to Deco M5 so that more devices that are not wireless can be connected?

I did, you don't even need to  go  to AP mode either, just hook it up and go.

Can your wired devices talk to each other in this setup? Or just access the internet?

The Deco units can be connected to each other by wired cable or wireless. 

 

So please assured of it, you can connect them by ethernet cable and you can connect the wired devices  to the spare LAN port to get internet.
