Apprilcoco, I have not added devices to blacklist.

I can connect to internet if I connect laptop to Deco via cable.

I have done coutless restarts.

Please note connecting to internet is not the issue. I can see Deco M5. I now Wi-Fi password but when I enter it on any device it just connects for a very, very sort time and I see devices on Deco M5 as offline.

I did not add devices to blacklist.

Yes I can connect to internet if I connect any device via cable.

I have done countless restarts of Deco unit with no luck.

I still have problem.

If I connect old wifi hub to Deco M5 I can coontect to internet wirelessly but this defeats the purpose of the Deco M5.

Any outher suggestions?

If I setup guest network I can connect through guest network wirelessly. This again defeats the purpose of the Deco M5.

Any other idea how to solve issue ?

Due to isue I cannot connect second or third Deco M5 as I connot connect to Main Network only to Guest Network.

Can anyone help ?

what's your model number of the device?

Have you tried with any other devices?

Except restart, did you try resetting the Deco and reconfigure it?

I have partially solved issue I connect other Deco M5 and all work. I connected second Deco M5 and that worked.

Now I am having issue with third Deco M5. As stated Deco is next to a Deco that is already setup but I keep getting We couldn't find another Deco error.

Any ideas How to resolve issue?

I have managed to resolve issues . Solution is, it may sound silly, just to persist and keep trying.
