Firmware Version : 0.3.0 0.9.1 v006c.0 Build 170809 Rel.42095n

ISP : Spark

When I bought this router I was told that if I did a firmware update it would be fibre capable. I have updated to the latest firmware. My ISP says I need to change the Operating Mode in the router to " MDI/MDIX".
Under Operation Mode there are three options:

You need to select Wireless router mode as you will be connecting the TP-Link to your fibre box via an Ethernet cable so will not be using the TP-Link built in DSL modem.

I have the vr900 currently and was thinking of switching to the vr2800. I'm running sky fibre and getting 78mbps on wireless 5ghz. Am I right in thinking this modem will just offer better consistency across 5ghz devices but not necessarily improve the speed? 350-401 ENCOR Practice Test Questions Answers form here dumpscollection.com

Archer VR900 could work with Sky fiber connection.

And it would also maintain a better consistency across 5ghz and same speed as Archer VR2800;
