Hi,
Our SMART TV regularly can't load netflix even though the router is in the same room. We were advised to buy powerline adapters to boost the signal but although they connect when next to each other, when we place one by the router and one by the TV, the router home icon goes red.
Any ideas?

Generally speaking, Red LED means the powerline extender is in a location with a poor signalstrength. We recommend trying another wall socket.

The powerline socket is literally next to the router - the signal should be perfect there.
