Hi mate,I've created a guide which is waiting for approval but if you're getting catastrophic speeds up to 4Mb/s and dropouts all you need to do is download the driver for tp-link and then update through device manager but select the option "have disk" if.you try any other way it will simply state you already have the latest driver. With tp-links driver installed I instantly got my speeds over 200Mb/s and really low pings of 9 or less.

Here's an updated driver I packed for the T4UH and T4U. Let me know how it works on Windows 7, tested with XP and latest version of Windows 10.
