Hi all,
I am having trouble connecting TP-Link Router to my Apple TV, the wifi works fine but the ethernet it's not. The ethernet ports on my router work perfectly fine because I tested them and my apple tv's ethernet works fine as well. I have contacted apple support and they said that the router itself is blocking some kind of signal, therefore, the apple tv can't access the internet. I tried to check online but there are no solutions, I have also tried to edit some of the settings on the router but nothing seems to be working. Thanks in advance.

Have you tried other ethernet ports on the router?
When you connect TV to the router via a cable, is the LED light on?
Can you obtain ip address on the TV?

You can try to change cable or port.
This is a little wizard. By the way, what's the model number of the router、
