powerline problem "unidentified network no internet connection"

hello, may somebody can help.
i just wanted to set up a powerline connection with the tp-link av500 nano adapters.
after following the instructions and plugging in and connecting both i get the error "unidentified network no internet connection". although my pc can establish an internet connection when i connect the pc instead of the 'sender' powerline adapter.
