TL-WDR4300 doen't allow echo replies to requests from the WAN interface??

Hi,
I have two win10 machindes and two dsl routers, a
1) TL-WDR4300 (WiFi enabled) and a
2) Fritz!Box 7490 (WiFi disabled)
TL-WDR4300:
A Laptop is connected to 1) (LAN or WiFi) and a Desktop to 2) (LAN)
1) (WAN) is connected to 2) (LAN) which is connected to the Internet.
I can ping from 1) to 2).
When I ping from 2) to 1) on 2) it times out (no answer).
On 1) in wireshark I see the message: "No response seen to ICMP request" (with the request coming from 2) to 1).
When I connect the Laptop directly to 2) the ping works fine (=> it's not due to the Laptop).
So, I thing it must be something on the DSL router 1).
Any ideas?
Thanks
