Archer C1200 intermittently dropping wifi
Model : Archer C1200
Hardware Version : V2
Firmware Version : 2.0.2 Build 20180118 rel.38979 (EU)
ISP :
I've just recently bought a C1200 router and I'm very disappointed that I cannot get a stable Wifi connection. The router keeps constantly disconnecting from Wifi (all devices in the network get disconnected, on 2.4 and 5ghz; Wifi SSID disappears from the list). This happens randomly, but too often. The connection usually drops for about 15 seconds, and then reconnects back itself. No need to restart the router. Wired connection seems to be unaffected.
I upgraded to the newest firmware (2.0.2 Build 20180118 rel.38979 (EU)) before I even began to use the router, so I don't know if original firmware has the same problems.
All I know is that my old router had no such problems, the devices on the network didn't change so I expect some kind of solution or else I will have to return this product because it's unacceptable.
Regards,
Simas
