Tp link router TL-WR740N only two first lights are on?

when i turn on the router first all the lights turn on
then only first two lights stay on the one with power logo and the one look like setting button or sun shape the wifi one doesn't turn on i try to reset the router but nothing happen i press the reset button for 5 sec then let go nothing happens then i press and hold it for 10 sec still noting what will be the solution ?
