So I purchased a new C2300 back at the end of October 2017, today it just randomly stopped working. When I went in to look at the router it seemed to be off so I tried turning it back on, when I did this the power light blinked and then the 2 and 5ghz lights came on then they all went off. I reset the router and was able to reset up the router. However after do this, I was connecting to the router but was not getting any internet at all. I hooked up an old router and it works no problems. Any ideas? Feel free to ask questions as I did spend about 2 hours trying to get it to work.

maybe this router is dead. Contact tp-link support for warranty claim.

It was really weird, at one point my firestick was able to connect to the internet and open and play Netflix but at a really bad quality; while at the same time not letting my computer which had been used to set up the router, open any websites. I have an old router set up now which is slower and has problems with too many devices connected at once. I will contact support to see whats going on and if they can help, I don't really want to pay to send my old router back to them, but what can you do.

The AC adapter maybe is the problem. Check it.
