AV500 Can't access management website

As the title says, i can't access to the management website. I've been trying to modify some settings but i can't access it.
I can access internet from the extender.
I am connected to the extender (not to the router).
I have tried using the Utility to access the management website and it didn't work.The utility shows both devices but it doesn't show the buttons to modify settings or access the website.
I've done a factory reset and it didn't work.
