Mixing different AV speed

Sorry if it gets asked often, but I didn't find any clear answer.I currently use six TL-PA4010. I want *one* link faster than the others. If I get a pair of AV2000 adapters, one at the router and the other at the node needing faster connection, will I get faster speed between the two AV2000 and regular AV500 speed to the others?
