Powerline Able To Clone Router?

Hello,I have a TL-WPA4220 Kit.It works great when plugged into the mains circuit on the house. However, I want the adaptor to clone my router (meaning you only have to use the username and password once and you'll connect to any of the adaptors in the house). I've tried pressing the WPS button on both devices but this only works if the adaptor is within range of the original sky WiFi router (which I don't want, as I need the adaptor in the WiFi blsckspots of the house). Second part of the question, the WiFi router cuts out and immediately back in when trying to make phone calls VoIP (such as WhatsApp or WiFi Calling). The call lasts a minute or two, then cuts out, the router disappears and immediately comes back). Any advice is appreciated!
