Hi,

Is the model Archer VR2800?

What is the light status of it when the DNS error message pops up? Can you login to the web interface of the VR2800 at that time?

If so, please take a full screenshot of the status page to us and then we can do further analysis.

Good day.

Hi,

Yes

lights stay on ,  I noticed internet drops then wifi drops, then eventually comes back on.  Also i can never do a speedtest on the downstreamm speed , always says i'm offline - please see screenshots below.  basically this router is about 2 weeks old and never worked properly, tried all sorts of settings to get it fixed to no avail.

Previous router was a tp-link w8...never had this issues.

Internet is dropping several times a day, I'm  unable to work from home.

  Upstream Downstream
Current Rate (kbps) 1020 18093
Max Rate (kbps) 1264 19860
SNR Margin (dB) 14.4 6.1
Line Attenuation (dB) 8.6 17.5
Errors (pkts) 8 38

Good day.
