Tp- Link wirless N USB adapter TL-WN725N V2 EU Verry slow internet connection!

on the 28th december I built myself a new pc. As i do not have a ethernet i decided to buy the TL-WN725N. First boot everything was perfectly fine, had about 2Mbps Down and Up. The next day I got on my PC and from then on i had issues that my conncetion is INSANLY slow, like 0.40-0.01 Mbps Down and up. My ping is ok.. but i can download my documents only in 5-50 kb/s witch is a joke considering it will take 4hours for a 50MB download.
I tried diffrent verions of Realtek and Tp-link drivers (reeinstalling and deleting them). I am shure its not the problem of my router because standing next to my PC i get 15Mbps Up and Down with my phone.
