Evening everyony and happy holidays!
The problem is simple - there is no 5GHz frequency broadcasted from the router, the light indication is off, also I can't access the 5GHz options or configurations.

Did you have tried to select one channel for 5G wireless, if that still dose not work.
I think you need contact TPlink support for a RMA.

I CANNOT access the options panel on the 5GHz itself, let alone change the channel.
It wont go to RMA since it used to work properly.

What? When stuff quits working under warranty you should be able to RMA it.

The whole issue, I meant. Its not needed to go to RMA yet.

Restart doesn't resolve it, I'm currently trying without reset.

I have the same problem, please someone to deliver a solution. Should we go back to previous firmware? There is no way to select the 5ghz network and unblock it, and restore factory parameters and nothing. An additional data, entering by all data and even by BASIC, it appears to me that 5ghz has use restriction by region. In Chile I do not have any restriction on use in this network, but firmware 2.0 does not allow region selection, how do I solve this?

If it was me I would drop back to the previous version of the firmware if it was working. I had to do that with my C8 to get port forwarding to work.
