TD-W9980 VDSL2 modulation sychronises in 15Mbps instead of 50Mbps

TD-W9980 VDSL2 modulation sychronises in 15Mbps instead of 50Mbps

I'm an owner of TD-W9980 (v1) for a year and everything was ok. The modem synchronised in 50/5 Mpbs until 3 weeks ago. Now, the modem sychronises at 15/1 Mbps in VDSL2 modulation without any changes in configuration or settings. The most odd thing is that I tried a Zyxel VDSL2 modem and sychronises at 50/5 Mbps. I reset the router/modem several times without any success. I even call the provider for intructions, no success either.
The Zyxel modem uses VDSL2 Annex B mode / Profile 17a / PTM mode.
Any ideas or suggestions?
