[RE350 AP mode] I can't connect to wifi networks

Model : RE350
Hardware Version :
Firmware Version : 1.0.0 Build 20160621 Rel. 51046
ISP : Bell
Hi,
I have a 75ft ethernet cable connected to the RE350 and it's set in AP mode.
Just my chromecast and my LGTV can connect to it but the others devices can't. When I was using it in repeater mode I could connect every device but the speeds weren't great, so I've got a huge cable and it solved my speed limitations but now I can't connect the devices I want but 2.
They fail to get an IP address everytime.
I've tried to reboot each device, clean cache, reconfigure RE350 but nothing is working.
And finally, I've uploaded some pictures of my configuration.
Does it have anything to do with the DHCP from my router and RE350?
Thank you

I would suggest to update your firmware to the latest version. I use re350 in AP mode and have no problems. It is configured exactly as yours, with dhcp coming from the router.

Try this link
http://www.tp-link.com/us/download/RE350.html#Firmware
The US version is valid also for CA, JP, AU, KR.
The version you listed 20160621 is old.

It seems to work when I set a static IP address within my Bell's router and try to connect to the TP Link extender in AP mode.

I have set a static IP for the AP (RE350) from the beginning: the router is 192.168.1.1, the AP 192.168.1.2. The dhcp on the router is giving IP to other devices in the range of 192.168.1.10 to 192.168.1.100. The dhcp on the AP is set to auto, so not working when there is a connection to the router and on when the router is off/disconnected.
I used to use this setup with a tplink wdr3600 router and lately I have set the same way with an UPC Connect Box, which is a Compal cable modem / router from my internet provider.

Good post...
Just curious. Are you setting the static IP on your router IP reservation list, setting the fixed IP on the RE350 (I'm assuming it has that option), or both?

Mine is set this way too, exactly.
Static IP address for the RE350 and dhcp auto and I let the router give the IP, but it was always failing to obtain an IP address, only in AP mode, as range extender it was working.
So, I've set static IP address to all of my devices and now I can connect to the RE350 wifi networks
