TL-WPA4226KIT V1 network cuts with Netflix (issue of Netflix tvq-pm-100 (3.1.-82))

This Powerline suffers connection cuts while watching Netflix on my Samsung Smart tv.
After talking to Netflix and Samsung technical service and performing several tests I have come to the conclusion that it is the network extenders that suffer network failures giving the error (Netflix error tvq-pm-100 (3.1.-82)).
The main evidence is that connecting the router to the Smart TV with a network cable does not suffer any signal cut. When the network is cut, the network extender with WIFI gives me a connection to the network but not to the internet (I check from a mobile phone). After 1 or 2 minutes, the connection is restored.
Anyone having the same problem?
