TL-WR840N - Problems with forwarding to my PC web server

Hi, i need to set up my router to forward outside requests to my apache local pc server. I have to use old TP-link model WR542G without problems. The forwarding works perfect. Now, with WR840N i have no luck. I set virtual server to forward ip and port 8080. Set DHCP to reserve my MAC address to IP. What is the difference between 2 routers, and why with the same settings, the new wont work :(

As I said, i use this apache server for many years, i have no problem to set a forwarding with many other routers, but this new device has some new features, that block outside IP access to server. Apache is set to listen on 8080, localhost:8080 and
http://127.0.0.1:8080/ works perfect. When i try with old router, everything is fine. This are the new router settings:
