It kinda is in there in the QoS settings, you assign each device a % of band, doesn't really seem to work though and as others have said it's a bit like Tumbleweed support here.

Qos is useless ... because it relies on setting your bandwidth, the problem I have is that my bandwidth at night is 7Mbps and then during the day it's around 15Mbps so that means I'd have to enter my modem settings twice a day to re-set my Bandwidth in QoS to reflect this.... very poor vs bandwidth control which sets a maximum Mbps to a guest network indefinitely.
