**Help Needed - Archer c3200 - how do I prevent cicumvention of DNS settings?

Hi All,
First time poster here so please go easy on me :)
We have a TPLINK ARCHER c3200 that is connected into a Virgin Media Superhub3 (set to Modem mode). We also have Virgin Media Child Safe app running to prevent the kids from accessing porn etc..
Anyway, recently the kids have discovered that they can amend their iphone DNS settings to 8.8.8.8 - thus getting around the VM Child Safe app and they now can access all the adult material.
Is there a way I can add a rule into the Archer 3200 router that would deny/restrict access via the router/internet if the DNS settings do not match the DNS settings I have in the router (currently pointing @ VM IP's). If this can be done, then it won't stop them accessing adult material.
Any assistance anyone could provide would be much appreciated.
Note - I did contact TPLINK directly no this and they advised it cannot be done on this model - but this seems strange as other models in the archer range seem to be able to do this. Plus, it seems fairly straight forward to do this on Netgear routers via the port forwarding options. I'm just puzzled at how or if this can be done on the c3200
Thanks in advance
Martin
