Hardware Version :

Firmware Version : 3.14.2 Build 160623 Rel.43391n

ISP :

I have a new RE210 with the latest firmware ( 3.14.2 Build 160623 Rel.43391n). My WiFi passphrases include spaces and periods. When going through the Quick Setup wizard, if I enter the correct password I get a blank page right after the password page. If I remove the special characters everything works fine (but of course it can't connect because the PSK is wrong).

Any ideas?

So the extender doesn't support special characters, you may need to change the password on your router.

That would mean reconfiguring every single device connected to the WiFi because of a bug in the extender (not an option). I was hoping for a hack/workaround or even a bugfix. Of course, another option would be to return it and exchange it for one that actually works.
