Never meet the issue before.
How about uninstalling the BlueSoleil Bloototh.?
Actually you can find a lot of answers for your question if you search on Google.

Thanks Shield101!
I uninstalled the BlueSoleil but the red cross doesn't disappear. May be a network card that is disabled...
On Google I can't resolve my problem.

Stupid adapters.

Hi there! That looks like your Ethernet adapter. If you right click and go to Network sharing bla blah, click on the left menu, change adapter properties. Look at the adapter for ETHERNET, right click and disable. Hope it helps!

That's ok, Shield101, but I don't understand why the red cross still remains.
Thank you.

Sorry... I missed doesn't in your last reply. Perhaps you can try the Netwrkwoman's suggestion.

I did it but the connection breaks off and the red cross remains.

But you have internet access, right? Try update the driver of your Ethernet adapter, or right click on the Computer icon, and go to Troubleshoot problems, see if that helps. If still no joy, contact the support of your computer.

Thank you Enson Loo!
The PC tell me "the latest drivers are already installed on your system" and "no problems detected".
