Model : TD-W9970

Hardware Version :

Firmware Version : 0.9.1 0.2 v0076.0 Build 170919 Rel.61201n

ISP : BT

I have just bought a new TD-W9970 V2 specifically to get ipv6 native connections from my BT copper wire broadband.
The default setup did not enable ipv6, but I did custom config to enable it.
WAN addressing type dhcpv6
Address Auto-Configuration Type:RADVD
Site Prefix Configuration Type:Delegated

The status seems to stick at Connecting
Name Connection Type VPI/VCI or VID IPv6 Address/Prefix Length Gateway DNSv6 Status
pppoe_0_38_0_d PPPoEv6 0/38 :: /0 fe80::0230:88ff:fe04:1388 :: :: Connecting

What parameters should I configure for BT ipv6? Is there some special beta firmware I need to install? Do you just not support BT ipv6 with its /56 delegation?

Does anyone have ipv6 working for BT adslwith this box? 0.9.1 0.2 v0076.0 Build 170919 Rel.61201n
I have seen talk of beta firmware for other devices but I have loaded the recent non-beta release.

Chris.

TD-W9970 doesn't support 56 delegation.
You can contact support.uk@tp-link.com and ask tp-link support whether they have a beta firmware to support this.

I tried SLAAC instead of DHCPv6 but still same result. I have ipv6 addresses but no connection and status for the ipv6 is still connecting...

I managed to access the tenet port of the tp-link, Part of the output of :-
TP-LINK(conf)#wan show connection info

agree with uutommi.
My TD-W9980 is working with IPv6 after I get a beta firmware from TP-Link.
