With most devices the extended tp-link network is visible and works correctly but in others it does not.
On some devices the TP-Link's extended network is not visible. The other networks are listed and they connect perfectly but the tp-link network does not appear in the network list.
Such as a Packark Bell notebook with Windows Seven and a Sony Ericsson phone.
TP-Link does not appear among listed networks.

what's the model.no of your extender? How about the distance between the extender and your devices that cannot see the wifi network?

The model is TL-WA850RE (EU) ver:2.0
The distance is 3 meters.
I have tried to extend a different network and it works correctly (channel 8).
The problem is only in one network (channel 13)
Can I change the channel?

As far as I know , the channel of the extender follows your router, so suggest you change the channel on the router. The channel on the extender cannot changed

I have verified that the original network is not detected by the computer (there is only the problem with this network).
What can be the cause that neither original nor replica is seen?

Finally, there are two devices that detect neither the original network nor the replica:
-Packard Bell PAV80
-Motorola Pro+ MB632
other devices work correctly

Can the two devices which can't detect
neither the original network nor the extender detect other wifi networks?
If they can detect other networks, you can change the channel of your original network to something else.
If they can't, you should contact the support for the devices.
