TD-W8960N can't disable remote access

TD-W8960N can't disable remote access

New TD-W8960N set-up yesterday. Port 80 is open to the internet and points at the admin login screen. Obviously I have changed the password but I want to close this port. I assume I need to disable remote access?
I found Management > Access Control > Remote Access but it looks disabled already.
What to do?
