C1200 v2.0 reboots on it's own

Good day,
I have a C1200 V2.0 router and I started having issues with it rebooting at random times.
When I first got the router it worked fine with no issues on either band. It would never drop , reboot, disconnect on it's own.
About a month ago I would notice that I would be browsing the web and all of a sudden i'd lose connection. When I look at the router I would be all the lights off except the power and it would reboot.
I tried factory resetting, power cycling, changing some configs to troubleshoot, there's only one FW version for my model so I haven't been able to update FW.
Please assist.
Thanks.

It will take some times for them to reply you.
How do you know the router is rebooting?

all lights are turned off except power and for about 1 minute the local network is unavailable (red cross).

Yes. They can not help.
This forum is the last hope. Otherwise, I will have to return the router for warranty.:(

Did they say why they can't help? I have the same problem on my v2 EU router.
