Archer VR600v v1 - Wifi stopped working and cannot be turned on anymore

The Wifi of my Archer VR600v, which has worked perfectly since March, has stopped working all of a sudden. When I try to turn wifi on via the router's web interface it says "Error Code: 1 Internal Error" (in German "Fehlercode: 1 Interner Fehler."). It has the latest Firmware and I have already tried resetting it to factory settings. This hasn't solved the problem. Other than the wifi, the router seems to work perfectly. Any ideas what the solution could be?
