OC200 - not connecting to cloud
I have just purchased a OC200 for my network. I have 2 EAP225s that work great. I have the software contoller installed on my PC. I have the OC200 powered by the usb and the network plugged into the poe port. I do have internet connection. When i try to bind the OC200 it says Failed to add your Cloud Controller - device not found. I have reset the OC200 and i can get to the 192.168.0.253 recovery page. I reboot and then nothing. It looks like it does not connect to internet. I have looked at my DHCP list and i dont see it. Any help would be appreciated. Otherwise i will just return and use the software controller on my PC.

I had the same issue configuring controllers before deploying to different sites. I had a controller already hooked up to the same network I was using to configure the new units but none of the new ones connected to the cloud. As soon as I unplugged the currently working controller from the network, the new one connected to the cloud. Not sure if its the same issue you have, but make sure there is only one controller on the network at anygiven time....

@Airwik set your pc IP setting manually to 192.168.0.5
subnet 255.255.255.255 then try again.. if not work then sen your router dhcp mood with ip range 192.168.0.1, hope it's work.
