Model: OC200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.7.1 Build 20201016 Rel.62818

Hello,

Has anyone met that binding a new OC200 with TP-Link ID says: " Invalid controller. "?

Adding it with QR code says the same error.

Any idea?

@ExpGy

Yes, I got 2 times and reported.

The current solution is to backup the configuration, factory reset and bind the controller to the cloud via wizard setup and then restore the backup.

To me happened because I upgraded from 4.1.5 to 4.2.4 skipping the cloud registration wizard.
