hi all, purchased a deco m4r, . the seller does not remember the TPlink-ID and password, the reset pin is broken. i wanted to add it to my mesh network (deco x-60), however the deco phone app will not detect the m4r, when the app is connected to my home network.  i can connect to the wi-fi network, the m4r is broadcasting, and get to the web admin page via 192.168.68.1, it asks for a tp-linkid, and password (unfortunately, the seller, forgot what these were)

any advice on "how i can reset the M4R to factory default", 

or should i throw it away, and accept, the bad experience
