Hello,

 

Whenever my internet connection goes down my Deco M5, which is in Bridge/Access Point Mode, blocks access to my modem so I can't issue it a command to reboot itself. I can reach the Deco's IP, 192.168.0.2, but I can't reach my modem, 192.168.0.1. I can reach my modem if plugged directly into it, so I know it's responsive and that the Deco M5 is blocking it. Why is the Deco M5 blocking access to my modem?

Hi, welcome to the community.

It is suggested to disable "Smart DHCP" under Deco APP>More>Advanced.

 

Can I have the model number of your ISP router?

Apart from the main Deco M5, would there be other wired equipment that is connected to the ISP router or the main Deco M5?

 

Have you ever checked on the mobile devices from Deco WiFi to see what the router/gateway is for them, such as:
