I installed 6 of these routher connected to a TP link switch since i am powering them through with PoE. Everything was working well for about a week, all of a sudden two of my routers stopped comunicating with the app. On of them displays a red light while the other shows no light. I check the connection from the switch to both of them and everything seems to be fine yet they still aren't functioning. I tried deleting them from the apl and reseting them to be able to pair them again but now, the routers display the blue flashing light but the wont pair with my deco app (the app doesn't find the router*). I already deleted the app and downloaded it again, I tried rebooting the system but i get a connection error, I tried updating the firmware but i get a connection error. The other 4 routers are working fine.

Hi, welcome to the community.

Is the current firmware version "1.0.1 Build 20230807 Rel. 5236"?

If yes, the latest firmware for Deco X50-POE_V2 is 1.4.9 now, and it is suggested to install the latest firmware first:

Can I have the model number of the POE switch here?

 

Currently, it is suggested to put these two satellite Deco X50-POE next to the main Deco and add them again via the Deco APP to see whether it works this time.

Then, we can put them back where they were before.
