Channel Width
How can I force the Deco system to use only 20MHz in the 2.4 band?

Hi, Thanks for the feedback. I'm afraid it is not possible yet.
There was a beta firmware that optimized the overall 2.4GHz performance and allowed Deco units to use different 2.4GHz channels for mobile devices.
If you're interested, you can find it in the private message.
Thank you very much and best regards.

Hi David, I tried to do the update but the firmware version doesn't seem to have changed, in the app and on the website the firmware seems to be 1.2.6 Build 20240723 Rel. 939 even after the update.
I have all this deco on my network:
That is the process of the updade:
even after the update to the bata firmware it seems like nothing has changed

Hi, Thanks for the update.
I didn't realize that there were many other models in the Mesh system.
Could you please help me run a test:
You should be able to find the individual IP address for the satellite Deco XE200, "gala" or "area gourmet". Then it is suggested to access this IP and log into the individual UI of this satellite XE200 to update the beta firmware.
By the way, there seem to be 8 Deco units in the Mesh system. Are they all wirelessly connected to the Mesh network?
How many 2.4GHz smart home devices do you have, and what are these IoT devices, such as cameras, smart plugs/switches, and speakers?
Can I have some pictures of the Deco network map, such as:
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.

Hi David.
All decos are connected by cable, none of them are connected wirelessly.
I have more than 70 LTO devices, but none of them are cameras or speakers, all the speakers are connect to the 5Ghz band.
I managed to do the update, now the XE200 decos are running in the beta version that you sent to me.
Do I need to update the firmware of all Deco models or just the Deco Xe200, which is my main Deco? Should be an option for me to change the 2.4Ghz band settings in the deco app now that I did the update?
Just to know... in my main Wi-Fi network I enabled only 5Ghz and 6Ghz, my guest network are disable, and in my LTO Wi-Fi I enabled just de 2,4 Ghz band. It was the only way I found to make the 2.4 Ghz band work a little better.

Hi, Thanks for the update.
The beta firmware still doesn't support manually setting the channel and channel width. It allows that Deco units in the same Mesh network use non-overlapping channels, for example 1/6/11/6/1/6/11, to reduce the internal interference and improve the stability, which is still an auto-selection of channels.
Moreover, all Deco units in the Mesh network need to install a similar firmware that has added channel-distributed optimization. I only find the beta firmware versions for Deco XE200_V1, XE75 PRO_v2, Deco X60_V3, and Deco M5_v3, and haven't found one for Deco X20_V2 yet.
(I've sent an email with the mentioned beta firmware versions for different models)
Thank you very much.
Best regards.
