There is at least one driver package on the download page (link in Marvin_S' post) from which the driver files can be unzipped directly.
For the drivers that are integrated in a setup.exe you could do the following.
Extract the driver *.zip file you downloaded from TP-Link to a folder on your hard disk.
On the Internet search for a software tool named "Universal Extractor 2", download it and use it to extract the files from the driver installer. You will have to do the process more than once, because usually the installer contains another installer and perhaps yet another installer, before you finally get to the files you are looking for.
