What's going on with Deco BE65 v1 versus v2 purchase links
Both version 1 and 2 links send you to the same Amazon page....what's going on Deco!
V1 3pk https://www.tp-link.com/uk/home-networking/deco/deco-be65/(eu)%20v1%20(3-pack)/
V2 3pk https://www.tp-link.com/uk/home-networking/deco/deco-be65/(eu)%20v2/

Hi, Thanks for the feedback.
I think the “Buy Now” entrance is intended to show the available purchase channels for both Deco BE65 V1 and V2. The reserved purchase link is not restricted to a particular hardware version. As Online retailers usually do not specify hardware versions, there isn't a direct link for a specific hardware version either, and users will receive different models randomly.
Furthermore, both Deco BE65 V1 and V2 have been updated to 1.1.x firmware versions and added numerous similar advanced features. The overall network performance remains consistently comparable across both versions. Would there be any specific reason that you wish to receive V2 rather than V1, or vice versa?
By the way, the hardware version will be printed on the box/product label if you can purchase it from a local retailer.
Thank you very much and best regards.

Hi @David-TP,
Maybe they should be encouraged to do so by you manufacturers! It's bad enough buying something that doesn't live up to expectation, let alone not receiving the correct product and then waiting 2 weeks for a refund because of your return policy (especially via Amazon).
The link i quoted, is from your site and is the same one for v1 and v2 so this is not Amazon, it's you!
I understand the hardware is different in the v1 compared to the v2 (newer) and as such if your site is pointing to a link for a retailer, it should be correct!
I simply want to receive what I've ordered!

Hi, Thanks for the reply.
I'll report to the local web support first to see whether they could make some web display adjustments to avoid further confusion.
Sorry for the inconvenience and best regards.
