Can i use second wifi router in onemesh as "pc wifi receiver" via ethernet cable ? instead of e.g. pcie wifi card?

If you're asking can a satellite router from a mesh setup be used as a wireless client then the answer is yes.

This is a natural setup of a two wireless routers connected in mesh - their LAN ports would provide Internet access to the wired devices.
