Can you tell me does it support Connection Preferences feature ? I want to by Deco X20 but V1 is available in market.

Deco X20_V1_1.5.3 doesn't support Connection Prefernece. V2 and above support.
V1 was EOL for quite some time and it would be better to have V2 and above hardware versions.
