Model: Archer VR2100
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.8.0 0.9.1 v009e.0 Build 230705 Rel.12787n

If I set a specific IPv4 for a specific MAC, DHCP will assign a completely different address from the DHCP range anyway. In addition, this device is not even visible in the overview. Neither the refresh nor the scan can see it.
Also set in IP & MAC Binding, which is enabled. ARP table here also nothing.

So the reserved address assignment and ARP table is broken, a bit of a problem for the router.
The device cannot be seen in the wired clients in the basic view either.

Yet the device announces its assigned DHCP + all settings and communicates quite normally. Just at the wrong address.

DHCP range 192.168.0.20 - 99, reservation 100+, condition pool FC-3C-D7 (Tuya) 192.168.0.150 - 199. Router 192.168.0.1. Subnet 255.255.254.0.

And why the Address Reservation list is colon separated MAC?! When a hyphen is used everywhere! To make it impossible to copy and search? Also entering the MAC is an experience, the first letter (A-F) selects everything and the second character overwrites the entire octet. Pasting the whole address from the clipboard is impossible.

Try the following:

Make sure that all the address reservatioons are within the VR2100 DHCP pool.

Disable the IP&MAC address binding - that's a security mechanism against ARP spoofing - details.

Make sure that all devices that use address reservation use their real MAC address but not a private/random MAC.
