Added Deco XE75 Pro to my network - random unknown wired clients now appearing in clients list
Hi
Looking for a bit of help from anyone or TP Link I hope, my Deco network consists of a X60 V3.2 and a M9 Plus V2 in access point mode connected to an Archer C80 router (Wifi switched off, easymesh switched off).
Main Deco is the X60, I've now got a Deco XE75 Pro which I've used to replace the M9 Plus.
Topology is as follows:
ISP ONT < Ethernet > Archer C80 < Ethernet > X60 < Ethernet > XE75 Pro < Ethernet > TP Link switch
The issue I'm having is that I'm getting unknown random clients connecting via "wired" connection, they are all called "W&W", they only seem to appear when a device connects to the network once being disconnected, so like if someone goes out and comes back to the house, when that device re-connects to the Deco network then I can see one of these random clients appearing in the client list.
The random clients eventually go into the "offline clients" section. I can delete them but they just keep coming back, any ideas what could be causing this please?
If I make the XE75 Pro the Main Deco then this behaviour stops, however the way my network is setup is that I need the X60 to be the main Deco so can't swap them over.
6Ghz on the XE75 Pro is disabled, I've tried disabling fast roaming and Smart DHCP is disabled. The switch coming off the XE75 I've unplugged and this makes no difference.
I've removed the XE75 from the Deco network and reset it, added it again with the same issue.
Everything else seems to run well although I'm not yet 100% convinced the XE75 is any better performance wise than the X60..........
A few screen snips below.
Thanks
