Hi everyone,

I’m using a Yoga Slim 7i Carbon (QHD, 13.3", Intel Core i7, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD), and I’ve been struggling to connect it to my TP-Link Archer AX6000 router. The Wi-Fi works fine on other devices, but my laptop either struggles to maintain a stable connection or disconnects randomly. I’ve tried updating drivers and rebooting the router, but the issue persists.

Is there something specific about QHD laptops or the TP-Link Archer AX6000 that could be causing this issue? Any troubleshooting tips or router settings I should check?

I’d appreciate any help or advice you can provide!

Thanks!

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

Here are some suggestions for your reference:

1. Update firmware of your Archer AX6000 to the latest.

2. Change DNS on router following this guide and also try to change DNS on your laptop.

3. Change Channel and Channel Width on your router. (You may change 2.4G channel width to 20MHZ, 5G channel width to 20MHZ)

4. Make address reservation for your laptop.

4. Contact support of your laptop as other devices can connect to WiFi properly.
