I have an X10 and S7 at home, and in every monthly report, I can see the consumption of traffic.
I bought deco again for the office. But now I have purchased a different model. I use X20 and x10, but the monthly reports are completely different. I can't see the consumption of traffic feature. why is it like this?

We are currently unsure of the hardware version of the X20. If the X20 is V3, then it supports Homeshield, which is different from the X10.
I guess you may have set the X20 as main Deco. It is recommended that you set X10 to main Deco, then you can see the consumption of traffic.

Generally speaking, higher specification Deco will be used as main Deco. However, the report depends on the main Deco, so it is recommended that you use X10 as the main Deco for consumption of traffic. For more information please refer to:
