Tplink tether app has been not logged into the router it happens 2 3 times over the pass 2 weeks was it maintenance on the site
Hi, when the issue happens, is there any error message when you login the router via Tether App? are you connected to the router network or in a different network?
If there is still any problem, please record the specific time, then send us private message to provide us with your TP-Link ID, device MAC address, the specific time and your timezone.
