Recently i'm facing weird issue where both my 2.4Ghz & 5Ghz SSIDs will have intermittent disconnection & sometimes lost of internet connectivity.

 

However, I checked the internet connectivity there's nothing wrong with it when running on wired connection.

 

May I know what causes this issue ? How do I fix this issue ?

 

Need assistance on the above.

Would the LED on the AX11000 become red/orange when the issue happens? It's suggested to go through the basic troubleshooting suggestions in the following thread, then report back with some more details if the issue persists:
