Since you have already tried the basic troubleshooting with us and the beta firmware did not work either, considering all 3 different models with the same issue, I hope you could cooperate with the engineers and update the email directly under ticket # TKID220209757. Otherwise, I am afraid there is no other suggestion available here.

@David-TP i found issue in my line and i fix that and tried vr600 v3 on firmware 1.4 its work perfectly without connections lose but i have al little dsl downstream packer loss error like 276 in 2 days
