Hi, is your WR845N a RU version? As I find the link you attached if for the customized RU version, it is not a generic version.
You are suggested to get the latest firmware from the local official website:

@Kevin_Z The current firmware often has problems with lost signals. Signal couldn't be found and I had to restart the wr845n to get it back to normal. Please repair it with the new firmware.

Hello, can we try to confirm some details about the disconnect issue you encountered with the WR845N, then we can try to fix it?
1. What is the exact issue, is the wireless unstable or both the wireless and wired connections are having issues?
2. Are all wireless devices or both wired and wireless devices experiencing the same dropout or just some special or old clients? When they got disconnected, is the wireless network of the WR845N still broadcasting or the wireless network is no longer available on all other devices as well?
3. How often does this disconnect issue happen? How did you recover the connection? It is suggested to reset it to the factory defaults and reconfigure it from scratch, leave all the settings by default and confirm again.
4. Is there any special activity that may cause the disconnect/drop out, such as high loading or downloading? How many devices are connected to the router at the same time? Try to disconnect some of them to verify if the connectivity is stable.
5. It is suggested to try with different channels, and try to find one with less interference with others. Change the channel width to 20MHz, then reboot the router and confirm.
Thanks a lot.

1. signal lost and not found again, except restart. while the cables stay connected.
3. uncertain. sometimes hourly, sometimes daily, sometimes weekly, sometimes monthly. has been reset many times, until it is countless.
4. uncertain. even a few minutes after restarting the signal was lost again. only 1 cellphone device the signal is lost.
5. I have tried from channel 1 to 13 but it remains the same. even changing different countries remains the same.
This case is similar to the previous CPE220 case, which when the power supply voltage drops automatically factory reset. then recovered after upgrading firmware version 2.1.14 (Modifications and Bug Fixes: 1. Fixed the problem that the device may be reset to factory defaults due to unstable power.)
it seems this problem arises with the same cause (UNSTABLE POWER). please update the latest firmware so that the wireless is stable.
